  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    You will receive a mail confirming that your order has been booked. You can also see the confirmation page online immediately after payment is made.

  • Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

    Yes. This is called Back Ordering. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement by email informing the ESD (Estimated Shipping Date).

  • How do I check the current status of my orders?

    Login to your account to see the current status of your order.

  • When and how can I cancel an order?

    Order once placed cannot be cancelled. Please see our Cancellation Policy.

  • What are your manufacturing standards?

    Since we are the licensed tool manufacturer for Microchip in India, we follow all standards as prescribed by Microchip US. Components of the highest grade are imported from the authorized sources as per the BOM provided by Microchip. PCBs are of the highest quality with 4L or 8L boards having gold immersion vias.

  • What type of Technical Support do you provide?

    Our engineers will help you to diagnose and troubleshoot any problems related to our tools by conducting remote sessions through Team Viewer/Anydesk.

  • How do I differentiate between Logic Power PICkit 3 and Clone?

    We strongly advise customers NOT to buy PICkit 3 clones. Such clones come from China and are very lowly priced which means very low quality. Dealers reselling PICkit 3 clones on e-commerce portals do not provide any after sales backup. PCB & components used in PICkit 3 clones are extremely sub standard. Please buy Logic Power PICkit 3 tools from Logic Power company website to be assured of authenticity. Read here for more details (link to comparison pdf file on server).

  • What does the product warranty cover?

    Warranty is 12 months from the date of dispatch, and is against only faulty workmanship and defective material and not against misuse, mishandling, tampering, accidents, overloads, and normal wear & tear, etc. Warranty is Carry-In Logic Power Pune office only. For bought out items, respective manufacturer’s warranty will be offered.

  • How are items packaged?

    Items are neatly packaged in corrugated boxes. The corrugated boxes also contain the CD, Cables (if part of packing), User Guide Pamphlet, etc.

  • What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

    Once an order is placed along with payment, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement by email informing the ESD (Estimated Shipping Date). The EDT (Estimated Delivery Time) depends on the Courier and can vary between 2-4 days.

  • What does Servicing include?

    If your Product is under Warranty, there will be no charges as per the terms of our Warranty Clause above. If there is any damage to the Product which is not related to Manufacturing defects, then you will have to bear the charges for material replacement only(servicing labour cost will be free under Warranty period). Please note that you have to bear to & fro delivery charges and Octroi/Entry taxes if any. After the Warranty period, there will be minimum ‘Troubleshooting Charges’ (for ex. Rs. 500.00 for Logic Power make PICkit 2 / PICkit 3 etc., Rs. 700.00 for Logic Power ICD3 / ICD2 etc.). Please note that equivalent imported tools will have much higher Servicing Charges. Hence it is advisable to purchase our indigenously manufactured tools to avail reasonable post warranty Servicing Charges and save time. These charges may increase over time to reflect market conditions. You may ask for an approximate Servicing Budgetary Quote before confirming your Servicing Order.

  • How can I apply for a distributorship?

    Go to the Distributors Page and click on the ‘Register As Distributor’ button to enter your details. We will assess your request and if all conditions are met we will register you as our Authorised Distributor.
