Delivery Policy

Generally Logic Power will ship the order on next working day after receiving payment unless for unforeseen circumstances. All orders (Domestic) are shipped through a suitable carrier service and are track able through the tracking-ID which is sent to the Customer by e-mail.

In case of import goods, if not in stock with Logic Power, will take additional time to import the goods from the respective manufacturer to the Company’s premises. This additional import time may vary from 10 days to 4 weeks depending upon availability at the manufacturer’s site.

Where Supplies are split due to dynamic stock availability at the time of placing the order, the price payable for each split will be applicable as per the delivered slab and order status.

Where Scheduled Delivery may continue for a period of 90 days or more, Logic Power reserves the right to charge the Customer further amounts if the price of the Supplies increases before the end of that period.

In certain circumstances, Logic Power reserves the right to deliver or perform by instalments. Failure to meet a delivery or performance date where deliveries or performance are by instalment shall not prevent or restrict the Company from making further deliveries or rendering subsequent performance under the relevant Contract by instalment.

The Shipping charges applicable is based upon current rates defined by the carrier and is calculated considering the shipped package (product + packaging material) weight and/or volume. The Shipping charges may vary. For current Shipping charges, visit here ………

Duration

In Metropolitan cities- 2 to 3 working days from confirmation of payment. For Rest of India- 5 to 6 working days of confirmation of payment.

The Company may use any method of delivery available to it. All delivery dates and times given are estimates. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery and/or performance estimates but in no circumstances shall it be liable to compensate the Customer for non-delivery, non-performance or late delivery or performance. The Company reserves the right to delay dispatch for a number of reasons, including to perform any necessary credit checks or procedures or to ensure that payment has been received in cleared funds in full. Where dispatch is delayed for such reasons the Company will use reasonable endeavours to inform the Customer.
