Cancellation Policy

Logic Power is always striving to bring the user the best quality products from all over the world which are tested by the manufacturers.

Logic Power’s cancellation policy is as under:

  • NCNR (Non Cancellable Non Returnable). Non Returnable would mean that value paid for any product will not be adjusted towards another product.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, please report the same to the Company’s Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the Company has checked and determined the same at the Company’s premises. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case the Customer is not satisfied with the product received or is not as displayed on the Company’s website, the Customer must bring it to the notice of the Company’s Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into the Customer’s complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from other third party manufacturers, please refer to the respective manufacturer’s warranty clause.

The Customer should return the Goods to the Company’s Pune office at "Flat No. 8, 2nd Floor, Sujit Complex, S. No. 60/7A/1, Off Sinhagad Road, near Wadgaon Bridge, Pune - 411041”, clearly quoting the Customer’s account number, order number, Invoice number.
